Secretary to Trustees (part-time)
The Edridge Fund is a well-established benevolent fund which assists staff within Probation Services and CAFCASS (Family Courts).
We are looking for a Secretary to the Board of Trustees who can offer a few hours a month with the ability to provide advice to the Trustees on governance, in particular, the requirements of the Charity Commission.
Expenses, and an honorarium of £2080 per year are payable.
The Charity conducts much of its business by email and post. Quarterly meetings are held, the majority in London, plus an annual telephone conference.
